Briarwood wood Garage Kit 20 x 28 provides you ample space that can accommodate more than two cars. This versatile two car garage comes with two floors; the top floor can be used for storing your tools and equipment, or as a game/hobby room. While the top floor is engaged, the bottom floor helps in housing your expensive vehicle. The loft floor is capable of holding 40 lbs. per square foot that is known for its robustness.

Our garage kits are manufactured with straight and strong “I” joists, this garage kit ensures long-lasting performance than dimensional lumber. For easy accessibility to the loft, you can purchase a 42" wide stair package along with the garage kit. The Briarwood Wood Garage Kit comes with LP SmartSide wood siding that is primed with vertical grooves 8" O.C.
