TheTwo Car Wood Garage or Barn Kit 20 x 24 Lewisburg Prep for Vinyl is specially designed to accommodate vinyl siding only, so you cannot use any other type of siding with this garage. Instead of installing an overhead garage door, you can construct a wall with framing and siding that closes in the opening to provide optimal safety to your car. Enjoy having easy access to the loft with the optional 42" wide stair package.

Upper numbered gables are pre-built in 4’ wide sections with siding already applied

Manufactured ‘I’ Joists spaced at 16" o.c. and are covered with 3/4 tongue-and- groove Structurwood flooring

‘I’ joists are shipped in one-foot increments field cut to exact length

Nails and metal bridging are included

Optional Packages:

Stairs are 42" wide and interior walls are included to enclose the stairway. Pre-cut stair stringers made from 1-3/4" thick laminated lumber. Also have pre-cut stair treads and kicker boards
