The Kingston One Car Garage not only offers enough space to house your car, but also stores other common store and lawn equipment. The garage kit can be customized to suit your individual preference with the several optional accessories and color options like white, almond, or sandstone to choose from.

One Car Wood Garage Kit 16 x 24 Kingston is carefully designed without any knotholes and patches and primed with vertical grooves 8" O.C. for a complete and finished look. You don’t have to worry about insects or fungus decay during rainy season as the siding of the garage is treated with Composibor. For extra safety and durability, the garage siding can be coated with latex acrylic paint.

The Kingston Wood Garage Kit Features:

Pre-cut wall studs with 16 inches space on center and pre-treated bottom plate

8 ft high sidewalls, 9’-3" of headroom

Exterior siding is OSB

Wind load: 90 mph winds

Snow load: 30 lbs. per sq. foot. If one places trusses 16" on the center, even huger snow load can be handled. Charges vary if your area requires a higher roof load and/or higher wind load. The roof trusses and gables will be delivered by a local truss manufacturer. This will insure the trusses will meet your local building code.

White pine trim is included for the gable trim, fascia, door trim, and corner trim. Trim is not finished

Foundation by owner, foundation can be: concrete slab foundation or post-and-beam foundation. If your garage is set on a gravel floor, post-and-beam, which costs less, suits well. Post-and-beam consists of 4 x 6 posts placed in the ground, then capped with treated boards that support the walls, very similar to house deck construction. Check local building codes before choosing a foundation method
