This compact car wood garage comes with LP SmartSide wood siding that does not contain any knotholes and patches. The Kingston garage siding is primed with vertical grooves 8" O.C and is treated with Composibor to inhibit fungus decay and keep insects away. You can even give the siding a quality finish with the latex acrylic paint for enhanced durability.

One Car Wood Garage Kit 16 x 28 Kingston can be customized with an optional 9’ x 7’ overhead garage door and several optional accessories based on your individual needs. Available in white, almond, or sandstone, it blends perfectly with any outdoor setting.

Foundation requirements: concrete slab foundation or post-and-beam foundation can be used. Post-and-beam usually costs less, and is well suited for a gravel floor. Similar to house deck construction, the post-and-beam foundation consists of 4 x 6 posts placed in the ground and then capped with treated boards that support the walls. Check local building codes before choosing a foundation method
