Whether you are looking to store equipment or guard your vehicle from harsh elements, this garage kit is a right choice. Designed especially for vinyl siding, it also includes OSB panels to which you can attach the siding easily. You can customize the Clayburn Garage with an optional 9’ x 7’ overhead garage door and several other accessories based on your needs.

Wall studs are pre-cut and they are spaced at 16" on center and the bottom plate is pre-treated

Snow load: 30 lbs. per sq. foot. An even higher snow load can be handled if one places trusses 16" on center. If your area requires a higher roof load and/or higher wind load, then an extra charge will be incurred. The roof trusses and gables can be purchased from a local truss manufacturer

White pine trim is included for the gable trim, fascia, door trim, and corner trim. Trim is not finished

Foundation requirements: you can use either concrete slab foundation or post-and-beam foundation. Post-and-beam usually costs less and is well suited for a gravel floor. Similar to house deck construction, the post-and-beam consists of 4 x 6 posts that are placed in the ground and capped with treated boards to support the walls. Check local building codes before choosing a foundation method
