Clayburn One Car Wood Garage Kit 16 x 20 - Prep-For-Vinyl features optional packages that allow you to alter the garage kit and make it function just the way you need. This garage kit can accommodate vinyl siding only and also has OSB panels to which you can attach the siding easily. The Clayburn One Car Wood Garage Kit is available in white, almond, or sandstone colors to blend with any type of outdoor setting.

Wall studs are pre-cut and they are spaced at 16" on center and the bottom plate is pre-treated

8 ft high sidewalls, 9’-3" of headroom

Wind load: 90 mph winds

Snow load: 30 lbs. per sq. foot. An even higher snow load can be handled, if trusses 16" are placed on the center. If your area requires a higher roof load and/or higher wind load, then an extra charge will be incurred. The roof trusses and gables will be delivered by a local truss manufacturer to meet your local building code

Roof sheathing: 7/16 OSB (Gable siding is not pre-cut)

Foundation Required: concrete slab foundation or post-and-beam foundation can be used. Usually post-and-beam costs less, and it is perfect for a gravel floor. Similar to house deck construction, the post-and-beam consists of 4×6 posts that are placed in the ground and capped with treated boards to support the walls.
